If you are using my plays for audition, classroom, and/or personal use(s), please keep in mind these three rules:

1. Do Not Copy

   Most, if not all, of my work are currently in the process of being copyrighted or are copyrighted by the United States Copyright Office. While I want aspiring authors to be inspired to write stories based on my work, I don’t want others to copy my work verbatim and pass it off as their own. That is plagiarism.

   Any plays that plagiarize any one of my plays will constitute as a willful infringement of my copyright and thus have legal consequences.

2. Do Not Distribute

   I do encourage you to share my plays with others, but I don’t want anyone to profit off of sharing my work to others. If you to share the excerpts or the full versions of my plays in their entirety, please direct them to my website or my profile on New Play Exchange.

   Any distribution of my plays (selling unauthorized printed copies of my plays to others, putting any and all parts of my plays in Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs, selling my plays on any social media sites, and/or posting no less than one (1) page of my plays in their entirety on any social media sites) without my explicit, written consent will constitute as a willful infringement of my copyright and thus have legal consequences.

3. Do Not Produce

   This rule only applies for those who are using the excerpts and full versions of my plays for audition, classroom, and/or personal use(s). Any directors who want to produce any one of my plays must contact me at cameron.brionesof3823@gmail.com to get the license to produce my play(s)!

   While I permit you to use material from any one of my plays for your theatre classes or auditions, I do not permit you to produce them (including excerpts, scenes, and monologues), no matter if they are for-profit or non-profit, without contacting me first.

   Any production of my plays without my explicit, written consent will constitute as a willful infringement of my copyright and thus have legal consequences.
